Go Chargers!

John David had his very first basketball game today at Monrovia Elementary. What sweet memories of many little ballgames there with his daddy and uncles!! The gang was all there!!
We were so proud of John David!!

Look what else is happening!

Hudson's 4th birthday is today. He wanted a MARIO cake, so JohnDavid and Graham put together a LEGO Mario and Hudson loved it! He is such a blessing to our family.

Great Job! JDP and "Grambo"
Skyping with Mommy (Emily). We miss her and counting the days until she returns on Thursday. She has been in Egypt and Israel, with Grandma, Grandpa and Pops.
Hudson ate his lunch while skyping with mommy!
John David lost his tooth!

He's Home!

Seth met Papa in Washington

Got this picture from Seth today. We have heard all is going well. What a trip for Papa to share!

November 12, 2011 Papa is in Washington

Papa was chosen to fly to Washington, DC today with 100 other Korean War Veterans on Valor Flight. He processed in at 5am and the flight left at 8am. We will welcome him home tonight with a special ceremony at 8:30pm. Papa has this picture of him and Bennett to place on the Korean Memorial. (Notice what Mama Ward did especially for him - cut down the center of his shirt and placed velcro. You know Papa doesn't like anything over his head!)

General from the arsenal saluting Papa. He said "This is your day!"

This was precious. This little guy was standing and showing this in honor of the veterans.
Papa is headed off and stay tuned for more pictures. Thank you, Papa Ward, for your service to our country. We are blessed after you!
